Delivery Charges: Deliveries to UK mainland addresses are subject to our standard carriage charge of £13 for up to 20kg, then 35p per additional kg. If you are outside of the UK mainland but would like to place an order please telephone +44 (0) 1462 672 000.

Returns Policy: Standard stock products can be returned within 7 days of delivery but may be subject to re-stocking charges. The goods must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. Please telephone us prior to returning any goods. Bespoke, modified or non-standard products are non-returnable.
Claims: Peerless-Assigns Ltd must be notified by telephone within three days of delivery or due delivery date, for claims for non-delivery, part delivery or goods damaged in transit.
